One of the most notorious difficulties to be able to determine, the behavior, of the correlation that can be seen between the speed of different technical launching (T1: launching with initial initial support of the ball in the water. T2: launching with definite launching), the height height, high maintenance and characteristics for which the controls, pursue as Objective. Make a comparison between the speed of the throws in the two situations and the maintained height of the jumps suffered by the players of the U-15 team of the Cienfuegos School Sports Initiation School. For this, the sample is based on theoretical and empirical methods, mainly in the latter, 15 athletes (EIDE) (13.4 years of age average), with an approximate weight of 56.4 kg, height of 161 cm. Although there is no significance, if a trend is observed with a moderated correlation between the maximum power and the maximum launch speed with both launch techniques (r = 0.60, p> 0.07yr = 0.71p> 0.07, technical 1 and technique2, co-responsible.> 0.06 years = 0.01p> 0.06, respectively).
