The whole world was involved in the spread of this deadly virus and due to the emergence of this disease several governments took some measures to prevent the spread and safeguard the lives of their citizens. Many governments do not have punitive measures for people who, knowing that they are carriers of a highly contagious and deadly virus, fail to comply with the recommended isolation and preventive measures.
