The development of new technologies for data processing allows researchers to elaborate a more detailed operationalization matrix before the field analysis phase. The present study consists of identifying new components of the traditional operationalization matrix in the research works that have developed data processing with ICT tools. Therefore, the research question: What factors of the theoretical, empirical, and methodological aspects are not considered at the time of elaborating the operationalization matrix? In adittion with, how the general objective is to understand the scientific level of the operationalization matrix. The research design approach is qualitative, not experimental with a positivist epistemology, its scope is descriptive to understand the properties and characteristics of each identified and correlational variable to know the degree of association of each variable on the object of study with the application of statistical and documentary techniques. This research aims to facilitate the understanding of the appropriate methodological process to serve as support for the construction of the matrix with elements related to data processing and at the same time as an evaluation indicator in future research work.
