In the opinion of the productive sectors of the country, a good technical study was not carried out to evaluate the economic and financial impact. With the withdrawal in 2017. the productive apparatus of the country is experiencing a slight growth that is expected to improve to boost the economy. This scientific article is of exploratory, descriptive and bibliographic-documentary research with a quantitative approach, the unit of analysis as primary source was obtained the financial statements and reports presented in the SIC, SRI, BCE y el INEC. The results obtained from the calculations of indicators and correlation of the variables confirm that in 2017. There is an increase in income and utility due to the release of safeguards, ending the fiscal period with positive figures, once again gaining prominence in the country's economy, being an important contribution to GDP and the various manufacturing sectors.
