Education professionals are a cornerstone in the progress of any society, since they are largely responsible for the education of citizens. For this reason, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization warns that, in order to achieve the quality of educational systems, it is necessary to pay attention to teacher training, in order to advance towards the availability of highly competent educators motivated by the teaching profession. This article addresses the theoretical and methodological conception of the process of professional reaffirmation in initial teacher training, through the proposal of a methodology. In particular, the results of the experts' evaluations confirm its relevance and applicability as a tool for the performance of teachers, tutors and directors, to contribute to the professional reaffirmation of students.
