The preparation of the teacher of the Sucre Mission in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela is an essential condition for the realization of municipalized university education. In this sense, the actions that are developed for this purpose are not always carried out in a systematic and coherent manner, in correspondence with the needs of teachers and the current context the country. This article offers a proposal of actions aimed at permanent training to contribute to the improvement of educational quality at this level. It assumed as theoretical references the content of current normative documents and has been enriched with the practical experience that the authors have acquired in advisory work. Its implementation has demonstrated the relevance and effectiveness of these actions, by ensuring that more than 1000 teachers have had access to courses not leading to a scientific degree, which has favored academic preparation, the quality of the class and that in the village university student shows a favorable motivation al level for professional improvement.
