RAMIREZ-ASIS, Edwin et al. Factors influencing positive work relationships and employee happiness. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2023, vol.15, n.4, pp. 464-474.  Epub Aug 12, 2023. ISSN 2218-3620.

Satisfaction is crucial to the success of any modern company, as it fosters the development of employees' skills and leads to higher productivity. When there is company goodwill, it is easier to keep talented people in the workforce. The aim is to show how a happy workforce can help a company to succeed in the modern economy. The research will focus on the different aspects that affect employee happiness. Furthermore, it surveys 326 service sector workers in the city of Chiclayo - Peru, between October and November 2022 and focuses on the different research tools and models, such as convergent validity, discriminant validity, goodness of fit and structural model analysis to obtain a notion of employee happiness levels. It also demonstrates the different practical and theoretical implications of the theories, methods, and models. The results show for positive employment relationships a value of R2 = 0.761 and for employee happiness a value of R2 = 0.853 which demonstrates the relevance of the model in the field of service sector workers.
