The first decades of the 21st century have shown the need to establish strategic reformulation as an essential foundation to manage organizations from a scientific and social perspective, in the context where they are developed. The work refers as a general objective to the design of a procedure to implement the strategic reformulation with a prospective approach in the Sancti Spiritus Territorial Division, belonging to the Cuban Telecommunications Company; which was fulfilled through its design, which consists of four phases. In its implementation, the feasibility was demonstrated, based on the improvement of service management and customer satisfaction, validated by the results obtained in the indicators planned for the year 2021 and 2022.
