Building a climate of trust and shared knowledge among teachers promotes educational quality and adaptation to emerging situations. The objective of this research was to analyze the climate of trust among teachers in the post-pandemic context and its influence on the construction of shared knowledge. The study was based on a systematic review that focused on how the climate of trust between teachers affects the construction of shared knowledge after the pandemic. PRISMA guidelines were followed to select several relevant studies from among 198 identified articles. The search was carried out using keywords for a precise and relevant investigation. The climate of trust between teachers has become essential for collaboration and adaptation to new teaching dynamics; The construction of shared knowledge generates challenges that benefit both educators and students. To generate a climate of trust that is related to shared knowledge, diversity in the educational environment must be taken into account, as well as inclusion from different perspectives and experiences that enrich the construction of cultural, ethnic and gender diversity in the body. teacher.
