The biopharmaceutical industry needs a hight level of organization in biosecurity measures taken for the manipulation of biological agents and a trained personal corresponding with the social demands and the contemporany scientific and technical advances. The objective of this work is proposing a strategy of biosecurity for the specialist of the microbiology laboratory of the Business Unit Liorad laboratories. The foundations on which it is based contribute to its scientific solidity and are manifested from philosophical, sociological, psychological and pedagogical foundations. The strategy consists of four stages and in each of them are their defined objectives, training actions and the expected results. A thematic bulletin, the use of the web page and a complementary manual are proposed as forms of training (for the practical part). The Delphi variant expert consultation method was used to theoretically validate the proposal. The systematization carried out allowed the authors of this research to elaborate an operational definition of the training strategy, which favors the training and permanent development of the professional skills of the specialists of the microbiology laboratory, achieving the improvement of professional performance, based on to raise the quality of work in the maintenance and conservation of biological agents, complying with the norms and laws that govern biosecurity. The expert criterion allowed corroborating the scientific value and its relevance.
