Abstract

The objective of this work was to point up the importance of teaching learning strategies from the subject matter foods I chemical analysis in the specialty of nourishing sciences. A qualitative investigation of educational type was carried out during the period comprehended between September-November 2015 at the faculty of sciences applied to industry belonging to Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz University, in Camagüey. Methods like analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction were used, and a survey was applied within the empiric methods. The conclusion focuses on the student's limitations in the application of strategies for learning this subject matter. Also, the conclusion resolves that teachers are to be compelled to take into account how important teaching learning strategies are, since through them students can settle and enhance their own learning strategies whenever situations are created so that students can take the necessary tools to face reality in a productive and personalized way.
