In Cuba, during the 70 years' decade, Professor Gandini started the polymers teaching in Chemistry School of Havana University and formed an investigation team that has permitted the maintaining development of this teaching. Physical-Chemistry Department assumed the polymer teaching. Polymers themes were touch with others Physical-Chemistry themes. United Education Plans (A, B and C) were developed from the 70 years' decade until 2009. In D Education Plan, Polymers are touch independently as Polymeric Materials. Post-graduation was developed with post-graduation courses and graduation Masters and Doctors in Polymer Science systematically. It has obtained good consolidation and development level in Polymer Science in Havana University.
