The development of this work allowed to characterize the types of paintings in watery base and base pays that exist in Cuba and in the world starting from the antecedents of the plant of production of the Company of Paintings Vitral and of the own bibliographical study. Later on, on this base it proceeded to characterize the technologies offered by several foreign companies and finally on the base of the offered equipment and in accordance with the demands for the new plant, it proceeded to select the best technology from the technical point of view, through a qualitative analysis, turning out to be the best offer the technology by Paintings Villadas of Spain. To determine their economic feasibility, it proceeded to estimate the mount of Investment keeping in mind the information gave by the maker and the algorithm proposed in the work, which has reaches a value of 27 590 400 CUC, then it was considered the production cost applying the algorithm proposed in the work which turned out to be of 8 033 150,62 CUC/a and with these two parameters the main indicators were determined that measure the efficiency of a project or solution alternative: the Net Present Value (VAN) similar to 79 021 901,37 CUC when concluding the useful life of the project and an Internal Rate of the Yield (TIR) of 75 %.
