The automatic control in its integration with Information Technology and Communications has implemented Systems Laboratories Distances as a form of e-learning. However, the coupled devices to the Systems Laboratories Distances do not have mechanisms that allows to assess the competencies of users which perform laboratory practices, causing damages to the physical devices as a product to mishandling. This research describes a solution to the issue raised from the making of a module integrated a System Laboratories Distances using a multi-criteria and multi-experto approach based in Fuzzy Cognitive Map for competency assessment module. To determine the effectiveness of the proposal, a survey was conducted to the group of students and teachers who worked with the proposal in the 2014- 2015 school year where favorable results were obtained in their use.
