Resumen
FERNANDEZ RIOS, Olga. Cuba: ethics in science and diplomacy. Regarding alleged sonic attacks on foreign diplomats. Anales de la ACC [online]. 2021, vol.11, n.1, e986. Epub 15-Sep-2021. ISSN 2304-0106.
The article analyzes socio-political and ethical factors that contradict the United Unites’ allegations that Cuba supposedly carried out sonic attacks against U.S. diplomats in Havana. They are facts, including intangible ones, that do not favor the idea of Cuba carrying out any aggressions against other countries. It would mean a double and absurd distortion of the principles, values and policies implemented by Cuba in two fields of high priority: the development of science and technology in favor of human health and social welfare and not against it, and diplomatic relations with other countries based on respect for the legal and ethical bases that govern them. In both cases, since 1959, there is a history and an ethical and socio-political practice that prove it.
