Abstract

Bibliographic review was made to identify the requisites needed for continuous staff training, and materialize changing processes to build innovating organizations, as the main achievement sought in this research. This paper is an effort to interrelate innovation management processes and continuous staff training, a necessary interrelation for innovation management design and implementation. Most methods applied were theoretical, such as, document reviewing, induction-deduction and analysis-synthesis.
