GUERRERO AGUIAR, Margarita; MEDINA LEON, Alberto y NOGUEIRA RIVERA, Dianelys. Methodological Tools for Deploying Organizational Consulting. Rev retos [online]. 2019, vol.13, n.2, pp. 158-181. Epub 09-Sep-2019. ISSN 2306-9155.
A set of methodological tools was designed with general policies to implement organizational consulting in Audita S.A. (Society of Independent Auditors and Consultants), Cienfuegos branch, Cuba. The variables of 21 models and consulting procedures found in the literature were studied. Techniques like brainstorming, team-working, cluster analysis, and expert criteria were used to determine the most recurring variables and most commonly suggested stages. The theoretical validation of usefulness and feasibility was made through the Ladov’s technique; the logical consistency was demonstrated with Petri nets. The main outcome of this study was a general procedure to facilitate the deployment of the organizational consulting model in association with the existing legal framework, which contributed to improvements and management of organizational changes, producing uniformity and equity.
