The study is based on theoretical criteria according to which evaluation of professional profiles is a strategic component in the identification of curricular relevance, on the basis of which adjustments and changes must be proposed aimed at aligning the training offers to the needs imposed by trends in the fields of knowledge and the demands of the labor markets where graduates have accumulated valuable information serving as feedback for those profiles. The qualitative approach and the focal group technique were the essential elements in the methodology. Ten graduates from the Program participated, all of whom held managerial and coordination posts when the study was performed. According to the main results obtained, the following aspects are all highly relevant to the training: project management, budget management, innovation, quality management, knowledge management, planning of projects related to technologies applied to document management, digital management of contents, and preventive conservation of the document heritage in physical and digital formats.
