Abstract

STABLE RODRIGUEZ, Yudayly  and  NUNEZ GARCIA, Lisandra de la Caridad. Methodology to evaluate the impact of training in technical and scientific information organizations. Rev. cuba. inf. cienc. salud [online]. 2021, vol.32, n.2, e1606.  Epub June 15, 2021. ISSN 2307-2113.

The purpose of the study was to develop a methodology to evaluate the impact of training in a technical and scientific information organization, integrating the main trends about the training process. The expert method was used to determine the causes - effects affecting training, whereas Saaty's method or analytic hierarchy process was used to hierarchically arrange the causes influencing this process and optimize decision making. The methodology developed integrates the main trends found in the study of training impact evaluation, starting from three stages (evaluation preparation, evaluation implementation and analysis of results) as well as the set of indicators and the corresponding feedback, allowing the permanent improvement of the context in which it is analyzed on an individual and organizational level. Finally, the methodology was validated with the expert consensus index.
