ABSTRACT: This article discusses a study in the new context of the Cuban organizations such as the two forms of business management: state and non-state, particularly those that offer services in the form of Sustainable Nature Tourism, specifically characterizing attributes and socio-psychological dimensions organizational, present or absent in each organization studied learning. For your approach and interpretation qualitative and quantitative methods they were used. From the results it is recommended to continue working in these institutions in order to form the missing attributes and dimensions.
