In the article the complex relationships involved in the management of hazardous chemicals and their sustainable practices are analyzed. The influence and importance of environmental education for the development of this community is further argued. Also they discussed the main aspects that influence the critical analysis of the problems and conflicts and interests of stakeholders and the need to strengthen endogenous capacities for this purpose.
