Abstract

The article is about the main development theories and the employment policy established by the Cuban Labour Law. The author analyzes the conceptions to share the riches produced, their impact on the society and the dichotomy between the economic growth and development. It also analyzes the right and wrong issues of the employment policy in Cuba, the employees hiring process by private employers and the warranty of their labour rights. The paper concludes that the access to the employment in the framework of the changes to actualize the economy in Cuba is necessary for the Social Development.
