Resumen

TAMAYO PINEDA, Noris  y  TABARES NEYRA, Lourdes M.. Public Services, Administrative Concession and User Protection. : Realities. Estudios del Desarrollo Social [online]. 2018, vol.6, n.1, pp.131-142. ISSN 2308-0132.

The article presented puts special emphasis on the concepts and characteristics associated with Public Services, in this sense it is pointed out that in the treatment of them, it is necessary to understand their diversity and multiplicity that has as a common denominator the satisfaction of needs. They are called to favor the effective realization of equality and social welfare; hence they must be assumed as a social function and are considered as one of the three main activities of the Public Administration. While there are specific principles for public services, it must be understood that they cannot be seen in isolation, since they are interrelated and in turn in accordance with the principles of Public Administration. The administrative concession that today provides the State and its main challenges for society is an issue that is treated with a vision from the improvement of the Cuban Economic Model.

Palabras clave : public services; public administration; administrative concession.
