This paper suggests some ways of dealing with weak points in training given in and the integrated management system run by a non-agricultural cooperative for shoe and leather goods production and repairs, located in the municipality of La Lisa, Havana. Such techniques and methods as document analyses, questionnaires, the Risk Analysis and Mitigation Matrix (RAMM), a flow process chart including all the activities (operation, inspection, transport, delay and storage), and strategic level of human capital were used. The diagnosis of human capital management is presented, and the impact and feasibility of the suggestions made are shown.
