ABSTRACT: This paper analyses some alternative educational practices that diverge from strictly monetary interests of national educational systems, taking up ideas from Deleuze, Guattari and Foucault. It is an ontological reflection on subjectivity of the teacher, on the ways in wich he is able to think about his standing in today´s society, on the government policies that involve him and, especially, on the practices through wich he resists to pedagogical knowledge guidelines and the management power model that are imposed to him.
