This paper systematizes Marxist theoretical tools included in «Socialism and Man in Cuba». Document analysis as a research method was used in order to examine major topics discussed in this work and their interrelation. The results show that to know Cuban revolutionary thought, particularly Ernesto Che Guevara’s thought, could lay the theoretical and practical foundations of politically training the Cuban people.
