Programs for creating and improving alternative conflict management and resolution methods through mediation are real social revolutions. They can lead to civic-mindedness, allow citizens to live in peaceful environments, which mean a qualitative step in human relations. This work is aimed at examining the close relation between social development and these programs where there is no need for conflicts to be resolved by judges.
