BLANCO ROSALES, Humberto. The Cuban Business Fabric ‒ Notes on its Context and Recent Evolution. Estudios del Desarrollo Social [online]. 2020, vol.8, n.3, 10.  Epub 10-Dic-2020. ISSN 2308-0132.

In the context of transformations in the Cuban economic model, one factor to consider in achieving its objectives is the dynamics and synergy of the business fabric, which today is made of a greater diversity of actors in terms of forms of ownership and management. This article formulates some ideas on the importance and content of the development of enterprises and their links as a premise for the development of the country. In the latter case, it emphasizes what is related to Cuba's international insertion as one of the pivots for achieving and sustaining such development. Subsequently, a characterization of some of the actors in the Cuban business fabric is made in terms of the current legal framework, its dynamics in recent years and problems that still prevail in their performance and interaction.
