The professional superation constitutes an element that can contribute to the bring up to date of the educational ones, fundamentally in those areas of the knowledge that they have come suffering vertiginous transformations. This work is been of an investigation process motivated by the inadequacies as for the limited number of prepared professors to give answer to the transformations of the educational practice and the employment of the computer technologies of communication in its classes. For these and other questions he/she thought about as objective: to design shops that will contribute to the improvement of the professional superation of the professors of the CP Andrés Lujan Vázquez of the municipality San Miguel of the Census. Also, the professional superation should be organized, planned and guided to the solution of problems related with the bring up to date and the professors' profesionalization
