Currently, the study of student motivation during learning takes on special importance taking into account the possibilities of using various digital resources and developing teaching in virtual environments. This study focuses on the proposal of a system of activities designed to improve student motivation in the subject Social Studies in a virtual teaching-learning environment. The research was carried out at the Clemente Yerovi Indaburu Fiscal Educational Unit during the 2023 academic year and its study was based on a descriptive methodology with a mixed approach that made it possible to integrate theoretical, empirical and statistical methods to characterize the object of study. The main results refer to the proposal of an activity system characterized by its interactive, collaborative approach and adapted to the needs of students using the Microsoft Teams platform integrating other applications. Its conception is based on the coordination and subordination relationships that manifest between its components. The results of its implementation in educational practice in two units of the subject have shown significant improvements in some of the indicators that make it possible to demonstrate the improvement in student motivation, once the proposed system is implemented.
