GRIJALVA MOREJON, Bryan Roberto y FERNANDEZ LORENZO, Angie. Enterprise social responsibility and competitiveness in private health clinics in Quito, Ecuador. Coodes [online]. 2020, vol.8, n.2, pp. 315-328. Epub 20-Ago-2020. ISSN 2310-340X.
Enterprise Social Responsibility aims to link the enterprise with its internal and external actors with adequate professional practices, outlining the role of the organization, both in economic and social activities. A descriptive correlation research was carried out, applying a 9-dimensional survey, in a sample of 58 private health clinics in Quito, calculating the indexes of compliance with social responsibility and competitiveness and applying factorial analysis, in order to determine the components that denote the most important relationships between both variables. The three fundamental components defined were levels of social responsibility with active participation in the community, internal and external results of organizational structure and labor practices and innovation.
