Wellness tourism as a sub-modality of health tourism has benefits for sustainability and wellbeing, also as an economic activity it stands out for its contribution to local development. In the municipality of Guane, the Rocío del Sol project is a Local Tourist Center which, given its natural conditions, becomes an ideal scenario for the development and practice of wellness tourism. The objective of this research is to design a procedure to manage wellness tourism in the Macurijes Agroforestry Company that contributes to improve the quality of life of tourists and the community. A diagnosis was made using theoretical and empirical methods that facilitated the verification of the problem, as well as the triangulation of the results and the viability of the procedure for the management of wellness tourism in the current context. The procedure is supported by a sequence of stages and steps for its formulation, which ratified its usefulness and relevance as a tool for managing wellness tourism, contributing to the development of specialized tourism and the quality of life of tourists and the community.
