The purpose of the research was to propose a participatory action plan as a contribution to the producers' access to funds from the Agricultural Development Bank. The work was carried out in the Eduardo Chivás Cooperative of Credits and Services, with a sample of 35 producers and three stages were developed: diagnosis, definition of actions, monitoring and perspectives. The results showed that: the main cause for access to credit is the lack of knowledge of the established mechanisms, the establishment-monitoring of an action plan that contributes to productive advances and farmers have the expectation of continuity with the use of credit.
