Public Policies in Local Government agendas constitute a lawful form of subsistence -independently of anything external to itself-, in order to keep the Local Development up and make it sustainable. In that sense, this article has the intention to analytically deal with concepts, putting emphasis on social Public Policies, which is its main object, and because of its importance for human Local Development. Here you can find relevant notes in relation with Management Systems to support Public Policies and the need of its Evaluation as a mechanism of control and implementation of programs by government officer authorities. As a result of investigations and analyses of different social decision-makers -elements, components, etc.-, devoted to research and evaluate social programs and their impacts, here you can find a list of committed organizations and agencies which are in charge of them to ensure actual fulfillment throughout concrete measures. Through a deep documental analysis of content, we have work out in detail these notes and reflections having into account the existing scientific production at the present time on the theme.
