Is well known that adolescents and youth of the indigene community of Latino America, find themselves in an accelerated process of interaction in the offer of internet especially in the social web. Therefore these events impact in the cultural identity and the social representation in and out of the virtual space. In this article the project Edu-communicative, Strengthening the cultural identity of Salasakas adolescents in the social website of Facebook proposed by the School of Law and Social Sciences of the Universidad Técnica de Ambato, will refer to the precedents of the research problem, the findings and the activities plan, which with the support of the interdisciplinary team, pretend contribute to the safe of the cultural values of the Salasaka culture: Orality, cultural customs, traditions, apparel and cultural practices.
