The need to address communication models in pedagogical environments that generate reflection and debate on different topics related to the categories gender, coexistence and group dynamics from more open, fair and equitable positions, makes it possible to suppress stereotyped forms of relationship within the educational institutions and achieve pedagogical practices that help to respect individuality and diversity in favor of the rights approach. This research is based on the academic and research experience on the contents of gender, education, and school dynamics and its impact on the training of university students who have the mission of transforming pedagogical environments. Consequently, educational alternatives susceptible to be used in these contexts are assumed.
