It's analized the interrelation between Knowledge Audits and strategic knowledge management. From theoretical-conceptual notions that allow to approach the approaches of Knowledge Management based on the methodologies of Knowledge Audits. Research allows us to bring the analysis closer to elements of organizational knowledge, such as corporate memory, lifelong learning, best practices and intellectual capital itself.
