MEDINA GONZALEZ, Alejandro e TORRES PONJUAN, Déborah. Requirements for the integration of information systems. Case study: Faculty of Communication of the University of Havana. ARCIC [online]. 2019, vol.8, n.19, pp. 75-87. Epub 11-Out-2019. ISSN 2411-9970.
This work is a proposal that taxes the integration of information systems in the Faculty of Communication of the University of Havana, from the identification of information requirements that guarantee a representative of the main work practices of the institution that have a transversal character. A brief theoretical-conceptual approach is made to the information systems and their development, as well as to the implication that information requirements have as a fundamental basis for the development of information systems. We use a methodology based on life cycle models of the requirements specification focused on the activities carried out during the generic phase of analysis of the development of information systems. The solutions are proposed based on the use of digital platforms that support information systems to optimize the communication and management of institutional processes. Finally, a proposal for the integration of information systems is presented, based on the identification of information needs, premises, general requirements associated to ten workflows transversal to the teaching and research processes.
