RODRIGUEZ DIAGO, Alfredo Gilberto y FADRAGA GONZALEZ, Daniel. Model of the effective communication process of the project design results. ARCIC [online]. 2021, vol.10, n.27, pp. 22-39. Epub 01-Dic-2021. ISSN 2411-9970.
Communication, associated to the results of design projects, is one of the skills that are emerging as important for the profession. The objective of the study was to propose a model of the Effective Communication Process of Results of Design Projects, which guarantees taking into account all the elements and sequences of steps in carrying out this activity effectively, achieving an impact on the audience. Methods and techniques such as Document Analysis, Analysis-Synthesis, Induction-Deduction, Surveys and finally Modeling are used to outline the structuring of a process not previously described from to point of view of the Design profession, adapting the different theories of communication to the chores of this specialty. The Process of Effective Communication of Design Results, has been structured in stages, phases and actions, including the planning, structuring, realization and execution of the communication, including the intervention of a set of interconnected variables, whose particular presence in each situation defines a specific communicative scenario. The result, a model that combines process and structure, allows a gathering of sequences and interactions between each of the parts, serving as a tool to achieve communication objectives adapted to particular conditions of communicative effectiveness.
