RESUMEN

Paciente masculino de 52 años, asintomático, que acude a consulta para solicitar chequeo médico. Se le hace estudio radiográfico del tórax donde se observa la presencia de un nódulo pulmonar (Figs. 1 y 2).

Estudios imaginológicos

A continuación se le realiza tomografía axial computarizada (TAC) multicorte, contrastada, por vía endovenosa (angio-TAC) con la cual se llega al diagnóstico definitivo (Figs. 3, 4 y 5).

DIAGNÓSTICO: Fístula arterio-venosa pulmonar.
