<self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1990-86442019000100091&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1990-86442019000100091&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1990-86442019000100091&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN La presente investigación fue desarrollada, a partir de la solicitud del departamento de Recursos Humanos de la Universidad de Cienfuegos y tomando en consideración antecedentes investigativos que evidencian el papel del estrés y el Síndrome de Burnout, como factor de riesgo en los profesionales de la enseñanza y educación. El trabajo se realizó en el periodo comprendido de octubre del 2014 a julio del 2015, a partir de nuevas transformaciones que estuvieron sucediendo en esos momentos. Se realizó un estudio exploratorio-descriptivo. Se aplicó el Inventario de Burnout Potencial. Dentro de los métodos teóricos se utilizaron el analítico-sintético y el histórico-lógico. Los datos e informaciones se valoraron cuantitativamente a partir del análisis estadístico matemático realizado con el paquete estadístico SPSS versión 15.00 y enriquecidos con el análisis cualitativo de las informaciones obtenidas. La presencia del síndrome de Burnout en la población estudiada, se acompaña de altos niveles de cansancio emocional y en menor medida, la presencia de manifestaciones de la despersonalización, lo que permite predecir el comportamiento de estos docentes y el nivel de bienestar laboral que ellos refieren.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The present investigation was developed, starting from the application of the department of Human resources of the University of Cienfuegos and taking into consideration investigative antecedents that have evidence the paper of the stress and the Syndrome of Burnout, as factor of risk in the professionals of the teaching and education. We specify the work that was carried out in the understood period from October 2014 to July 2015, starting from new transformations that were happening in those moments. It was carried out an exploratory descriptive study. The Inventory of Potential Burnout was applied. Inside the theoretical methods in those that we lean on find the analytic-synthetic one and the Historical-Logical one. The data and information were valued quantitatively starting from the analysis statistical-mathematician carried out with the statistical package SPSS 15.00 version and enriched with the qualitative analysis of the obtained information. The presence of the syndrome of Burnout in the studied population, accompanies of high levels of emotional fatigue and in smaller measure, the presence of manifestations of depersonalization, that allows to predict the behavior of these educational ones and the level of labor well-being that they refer.]]></p></abstract>
