Incluso el sector de la salud ha aprovechado la IO. Las tecnologías de identificación por radiofrecuencia y ZigBee pueden utilizarse para reducir los tiempos de trabajo y los costos, conectando dispositivos inteligentes a Internet, lo que permite crear sistemas de vigilancia y control para los pacientes en hospitales y clínicas. Los mapas cognitivos difusos (FCM) mejoran los mapas cognitivos, describiendo la fuerza de la relación mediante el uso de valores difusos en el intervalo [-1,1]. Dada la gran utilidad de los FCM, se han extendido para modelar diversas situaciones. De esta manera, pueden ser utilizados para representar modelos mentales y ser de gran ayuda en los procesos de toma de decisiones. Esta metodología permite crear y enriquecer modelos de decisión, en los que se representa información vaga e imprecisa a través de variables lingüísticas. En este trabajo proponemos modelar un FCM definiendo los factores críticos de éxito de los proyectos de IO aplicados a la salud. Después de procesar la matriz de adyacencia, los valores de indigencia, desgraduación y centralidad de cada factor, concluimos que el factor más importante es la disminución de la mortalidad.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Internet of Things has spread its application to almost every aspect in our lives during the last years. Even the Health sector has taken advantage of IoT. Radio Frequency Identification and ZigBee technologies can be used to reduce work times and costs by connecting smart devices to the Internet, which allows the creation of monitoring and control systems for patients in hospitals and clinics. Fuzzy Cognitive Maps (FCM) improve cognitive maps, describing the strength of the relationship by using fuzzy values in the interval [-1,1]. Given the great utility of FCM, they have been extended to model various situations. Thus, they can be used to represent mental models and be of great help in decision making processes. This methodology allows creating and enriching decision models, in which vague and imprecise information is represented through linguistic variables. In this paper we propose to model an FCM by defining critical success factors of IoT projects applied to health. After processing the adjacency matrix, indegree, outdegree and centrality values for each factor, we concluded that the most important factor is Decrease mortality.]]></p></abstract>
