<self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S0253-57852019000100042&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S0253-57852019000100042&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S0253-57852019000100042&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Con el propósito de evaluar el efecto de las aplicaciones de Mancozeb 80 PH en la aparición de la mancha verde del tabaco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) se realizó el presente trabajo en áreas de la Cooperativa de Créditos y Servicios &#8220;Eduardo Reyes Canto, municipio de Santa Clara, Cuba, desde noviembre de 2014 a junio de 2015 sobre un suelo Pardo mullido medianamente lavado. Se utilizaron los cultivares de tabaco Habana 2000, Criollo 98 y Corojo 99. Los experimentos fueron realizados en vegas de tabaco tapado. Se incluyeron tres tratamientos, consistentes en realizar dos, tres y cuatro aplicaciones de Mancozeb 80 PH con una dosis de 2 kg ha-1. Al momento de la cosecha, las hojas correspondientes a cada tratamiento fueron marcadas y al culminar el proceso de secado, se determinó el número de hojas con manchas verdes por planta. Para evaluar el efecto del intervalo entre la cosecha y la última aplicación del fungicida en la aparición de la mancha verde, se realizaron cuatro aplicaciones de fungicida sobre cada hoja, y se establecieron tres momentos para la cosecha: a los 7, 10 y 13 días después de la última aplicación. Para cada experimento se evaluaron 108 hojas por tratamiento. Los resultados evidenciaron que con el aumento de las aplicaciones de Mancozeb 80 PH y el tiempo de exposición sobre las hojas, se incrementó el porcentaje de mancha verde en las mismas. El cultivar más susceptible fue Habana 2000, mientras que Criollo 98 resultó el más tolerante.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT With the purpose of evaluating the effect of the applications of Mancozeb 80 WP in the appearance of the green spot in tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.), an experiment was carried out in areas of the Cooperative of Credits and Services "Eduardo Reyes Canto in the municipality of Santa Clara, Cuba, from November 2014 to June 2015 on a softly washed brown soil. The tobacco cultivars Havana 2000, Criollo 98 and Corojo 99 were used. The experiments were carried out under production conditions, in plantations of covered tobacco. Three treatments were included, consisting of two, three and four applications of Mancozeb 80 PH with a dose of 2 kg ha-1. At the time of harvest, the leaves corresponding to each treatment were marked and at the end of the drying process, the number of leaves with green spots per plant was determined. To evaluate the effect of the interval between harvest and the last application of the fungicide in the appearance of the green spot, they were carried out four fungicide applications on each leaf, and three moments settled down for the crop: to the 7, 10 and 13 days after the last application. For each experiment 108 leaves were evaluated by treatment. The results showed that with the increase in the applications of Mancozeb 80 PH and the exposure time on the leaves, the percentage of green spot in them increased. The most susceptible cultivar was Habana 2000, while Criollo 98 was the most tolerant.]]></p></abstract>
