Se pretende problematizar aspectos inherentes a las impresiones y el contexto construido en y sobre el MPIES, tomando como referencia el perfil personal, académico y profesional de quienes van a cursar el máster. Se inspira metodológicamente en el enfoque cualitativo y utiliza el análisis de documentos oficiales, narrativas y el cuestionario online. El estudio permite avalar trabajos con ejes en la investigación aplicada, así como sus consecuencias, considerando las inserciones profesionales que requieren los profesionales-estudiantes. La investigación de carácter interventivo requiere criterios de participación, entre los que destaca el desarrollo de investigaciones de carácter interdisciplinar que puedan enriquecer futuras intervenciones en contextos socioeducativos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article presents aspects related to professional master's degrees in Brazil and highlights the relevance of the subject based on a study fulfilled on the characteristics and expectations of the student&#8217;s profile of the Professional Master in Educational and Social Intervention (MPIES) at the State University of Bahia (UNEB), Campus XI, Serrinha. It aims to problematize aspects inherent to the impressions and context constructed in and about MPIES, taking as reference the personal, academic and professional profile of such newcomers. It has methodological inspiration in the qualitative approach and uses the analysis of official documents, narratives and online questionnaire. The study make it possible to endorse works with the fulcrum in applied research, as well as its consequences, considering the professional insertions required by professional and students. Research of an interventional nature requires participation criteria, among which the development of investigations under an interdisciplinary nature, which can enrich future interventions in socio-educational contexts.]]></p></abstract>
