En el presente trabajo se muestra una caracterización desde los resultados de la investigación educativa acerca de la formación permanente de los profesionales de la salud; la formación de los médicos residentes en Ginecología y Obstetricia, su relación con el MGI en la atención primaria de salud (APS) y con el Programa materno Infantil (Pami) a partir de su conceptualización y adecuación a las particularidades educativas/preventiva de la medicina cubana para su contextualización a la dinámica interactiva en las áreas de salud. Para ello se prevé el empleo de métodos teóricos para dicha caracterización, así como métodos empíricos que permitan la búsqueda y procesamiento de información que avale las transformaciones que se pretenden obtener en estos profesionales.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The medical care practice allows us to recognize an external contradiction between the educational preventive work that the specialist in gynecology and obstetrics must develop about pregnancy in adolescence and the insufficient treatment of this issue in the primary health care entrusted to the General Practitioners. In the present work, a characterization is shown from the results of educational research about the permanent training of health care professionals; the training of resident doctors in Gynecology and Obstetrics, its relationship with the GP in primary health care (PHC) and with the Maternal and Childcare Program (MChP) from its conceptualization and adaptation to the educational/preventive characteristics of Cuban medicine for its contextualization to the interactive dynamics in the health care areas. To this end, theoretical methods are used for the aforementioned characterization, as well as empirical methods that allow the search and processing of information that supports the transformations that are intended to be achieved in these professionals.]]></p></abstract>

No presente trabalho, apresenta-se uma caracterização a partir dos resultados de pesquisas educativas sobre a formação permanente de profissionais de saúde; a formação de médicos residentes em Ginecologia e Obstetrícia, sua relação com o MGI na Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS) e com o Programa Materno Infantil (Pami) desde sua conceituação e adaptação às particularidades educativas/preventivas da medicina cubana para sua contextualização a dinâmica interativa nas áreas da saúde.
