The scope of the research is defined in the conceptual design stage of mechatronic products, aimed at improving the design process. The Kano, QFD, DSM and CAD methods were used. The main result was the integration of the analysis of the functional requirements in the conceptual design of mechatronic products, using computational tools (CAD/CAM/CAE). The effectiveness of the use of the methodological tools of product design combined with computational tools in the area of mechatronics was demonstrated.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo principal exponer la unificación del análisis de los requerimientos funcionales de productos mecatrónicos, en un modelo de referencia integrado de Producto, Proceso y Sistemas de Manufactura. El alcance de la investigación estuvo definido en la etapa del diseño conceptual de productos mecatrónicos, orientado a la mejora del proceso de diseño. Se utilizaron los métodos Kano, QFD, DSM y CAD/CAM/CAE. Se obtuvo como resultado principal, la integración del análisis de los requerimientos funcionales en el diseño conceptual de productos mecatrónicos, utilizando las herramientas computacionales CAD/CAM/CAE. Se demostró la efectividad de la utilización de las herramientas metodológicas del diseño de productos combinadas con las computacionales, en el área de la mecatrónica.]]></p></abstract>
