To comprehensive teaching of all concepts the case study of administrative systems of Kerman Province is taken. The correlational descriptive method has been used for the purpose of this study. To assess the proficiency of the method a statistical population of 4596 and a sample size of 580 participants is considered. The behavioral factors and the administrative system general policies questionnaires with a validity of 92.7 and 88.7, and reliability of 89.6 and 96.2, were used for the purpose of data collection. The data analysis was done through the use of SPSS Ver.23, Minitab Ver.17, and AMOS Ver.23. The results indicated that there is a significant relationship between the implementation of administrative system general policies and the components of behavioral factors in the four individual, group, organizational, and environmental levels, and regarding that the correlation coefficient is positive, this relationship is direct.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo educar los conceptos de diseño de un patrón de comportamiento relacionado con la implementación de las políticas generales del sistema administrativo en el cuerpo de la República Islámica de Irán. Para la enseñanza integral de todos los conceptos se toma el estudio de caso de los sistemas administrativos de la provincia de Kerman. El método descriptivo correlacional se ha utilizado para el propósito de este estudio. Para evaluar la competencia del método, se considera una población estadística de 4596 y un tamaño de muestra de 580 participantes. Los factores de comportamiento y los cuestionarios de políticas generales del sistema administrativo con una validez de 92.7 y 88.7, y confiabilidad de 89.6 y 96.2, se utilizaron con el propósito de recopilar datos. El análisis de datos se realizó mediante el uso de SPSS Ver.23, Minitab Ver.17 y AMOS Ver.23. Los resultados indicaron que existe una relación significativa entre la implementación de las políticas generales del sistema administrativo y los componentes de los factores de comportamiento en los cuatro niveles individuales, grupales, organizacionales y ambientales, y con respecto a que el coeficiente de correlación es positivo, esta relación es directa.]]></p></abstract>
