El objetivo del presente estudio es analizar el estado actual de la unidad de lo afectivo y lo cognitivo en la formación del profesional de la Cultura Física en la Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo (ESPOCH), Ecuador. A partir de la aplicación del método Delphi, se pudo identificar que existen limitaciones en el proceso pedagógico actual, relacionados con la motivación hacia el aprendizaje, el desarrollo del aprendizaje autorregulado, el desarrollo del pensamiento reflexivo y la atención a la diversidad. En consecuencia, se proponen un conjunto de acciones para su fortalecimiento en la carrera.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Since Physical Culture represents a branch of permanent education, which seeks the realization of harmony between the biological and psychic components of the personality, the pedagogical principle of unity of the affective and the cognitive in the training of its professionals is essential. The objective of the present study is to analyze the current state of the unity of the affective and the cognitive in the formation of the Physical Culture professional at the Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo (ESPOCH), Ecuador. From the Delphi method of expert criteria, it was possible to identify that there are limitations in the current pedagogical process, related to the motivation towards learning, the development of self-regulated learning, the development of reflective thinking and the attention to diversity. Consequently, a set of actions are proposed to strengthen them in the career.]]></p></abstract>
