La competencia pedagógica de emprender es la combinación de todos los rasgos esenciales para el éxito sostenible y el espíritu profesional, incluidos valores, creencias, actitudes, conocimientos, habilidades, destrezas, sabiduría, experiencia y tendencias de comportamiento. Este estudio tiene como objetivo examinar la contribución que tiene el desarrollo de la competencia pedagógica emprender, en la formación integral de los estudiantes de la Maestría en Educación Básica de la Universidad Bolivariana del Ecuador. Se realizó una investigación de encuesta utilizando un enfoque cuantitativo. La población en estudio fueron 513 estudiantes de la maestría, con una muestra de 130 estudiantes encuestados. La recuperación de datos utiliza un cuestionario. Para comprobar la hipótesis planteada, de acuerdo con el grado de control de variables, se realizó un cuasiexperimento con serie cronológica múltiple con pretest y postest, y grupo de control. Como resultado se obtuvo que el empleo de estrategias pedagógicas para fortalecer la competencia pedagógica emprender en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, contribuye en el aprendizaje significativo de los estudiantes de la Maestría en Educación Básica y, por ende, en el nivel de formación integral y desempeño profesional.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The Master in Basic Education is the concerning tribulation to the academic formation that grants the University Bolivariana from the Ecuador to the professionals that act in the Basic Education. The pedagogic competition of undertaking is the combination of all the essential features for the sustainable success and the spirit professional, included values, beliefs, attitudes, knowledge, abilities, dexterities, wisdom, experience and behavior tendencies. This study has as objective to examine the contribution that has the development of the pedagogic competition to undertake, in the integral formation of the students of the Master in Basic Education of the University Bolivariana of the Ecuador. He/she was carried out a survey investigation using a quantitative focus. The population in study was 513 students of the master, with a sample of 130 interviewed students. The recovery of data uses a questionnaire. To check the outlined hypothesis, in accordance with the grade of control of variables, he/she was carried out a cuasi-experiment with multiple chronological series with pretest and post-test, and control group. As a result, it was obtained that the employment of pedagogic strategies to strengthen the pedagogic competition to undertake in the teaching-learning process, contributes in the significant learning of the students of the Master in Basic Education and, for end, in the level of integral formation and professional acting.]]></p></abstract>
