Tal es el caso de los estudiantes de la Maestría en Administración de Empresas de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras (UNAH), quienes han evidenciado una baja en el rendimiento, precarización de sus condiciones socioeconómicas y problemas en los procesos de aprendizaje, provocado por factores disruptivos que aún se desconocen. La hipótesis de investigación fue las condiciones económicas determinan la mejora del proceso de aprendizaje durante la pandemia del COVID19 siempre y cuando los estudiantes de la Maestría en Administración de Empresas de la UNAH cuenten con condiciones óptimas en sus hogares para recibir su formación. Por ello, se llevó a cabo un estudio cuantitativo, correlacional y transversal, analizando una población de 127 estudiantes de esta Maestría, empleando el método de la mediación estadística para dar respuesta a la hipótesis de la investigación. Los resultados indican qué; el proceso de aprendizaje efectivo pasa por las condiciones económicas, siempre y cuando las condiciones del hogar sean óptimas (disrupción de los hogares). A la vez, las condiciones laborales y de ingreso se han visto deterioradas, precarizando las condiciones del hogar de los estudiantes. Sumado a ello, factores asociados al contagio del COVID19, hacinamiento, baja conectividad, equipo limitado, espacios limitados, violencia, estrés, ansiedad y depresión han sido detonantes que han condicionado el proceso de aprendizaje, las condiciones económicas y sociales de los estudiantes de la Maestría.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The COVID19 pandemic has generated a series of disruptive processes affecting the productive educational sectors. This effect affects the Master of Business Administration students at the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH) that have shown a drop in performance, the precariousness of their socioeconomic conditions, and problems in the learning processes caused by disruptive factors that are still unknown. The research hypothesis was economic conditions determine the improvement of the teaching process during the COVID19 pandemic as long as the Master of Business Administration students has optimal conditions in their homes to receive their training. Therefore, we conduct a quantitative, correlational, and cross-sectional study, analyzing a population of 127 master´s degree students using the method of statistical mediation to respond to the research hypothesis. Results show that; the effective transfer of knowledge goes through the economic conditions if the home conditions are optimal (disruption of the homes). Working and income conditions have deteriorated, making home students' conditions precarious. Also, factors associated with the spread of COVID19, overcrowding, low connectivity, limited equipment, limited spaces, violence, stress, anxiety, and depression have been triggers that have conditioned the transfer of knowledge and the economic and social conditions of master&#8217;s degree students.]]></p></abstract>
